Love the interior lighting and the baking progress bar that illuminates showing you the progress your oven is making to bake your food. The clock is a very brilliant blue, but has less contrast, this makes the clock difficult to read from more than 20 feet away. The glass is easy to see through and the interior lighting is great when checking for brownness without opening the oven door. Both ovens do very well on all bake settings (conventional and convection). The built-in temperature gauge works well in both upper and lower ovens. It is very accurate on roasted meats and poultry. The front panel is laid out nicely and is easy to understand and control without opening up the manual. The evenness of the baking in both conventional and pretty good. The multi-sheet mode works pretty good too. The bottom sheet always seems to be a little less brown than the upper when making cookies, but I just take out the top sheet and let the bottom sheet bake a minute or so longer and they turn out perfect. Temperatures are fairly accurate.

The convention may have difficulties to bake even if baking multiple racks at the same time. – Baking time may be slightly longer for multiple racks than what would be expected for a single rack. Additionally, always preheat when using this multi-rack convection mode. Use extension rack position 4 for 2 racks and and position 3 for 3 racks. Also, ensure adequate air flow. The Pre-heat may take a little bit more time. Self cleaning may cause an unpleasant smell and may not be 100% effective.

F97 failure code. Circuit board malfunction. Timer malfunction. The broiler element malfunction.

Quote: “The Wi-Fi and mobile application are very nice…and very useful. Initially I thought it was a gimmick. But after using it a few times, it proved itself to be a vital feature. For example, I set a roast to time-bake (using previous baking time estimates) and then left to run an errand. I set the oven to bake for a certain period. Delayed on my errand, I could easily check-in on the progress of the roast and even turn it down from my phone remotely. No more dried out pot roast due to a chatty neighbor.”

Tips

DO NOT BUY appliances unless you are ready to install, because the warranty start running at the purchase date, not at the date of installation! Many people buy appliances during or even before remodelling of their kitchens or homes and the appliances are just sitting in the boxes and running out of warranty. If you buying ahead  because of a promotion or great deal, I would suggest to invest in extended warranty to avoid unpleasant or even expensive surprises.  Manufacturers are trying hard to make a great products, but there is always chance that few pieces may have malfunctions, broken parts or damage by shipping.

DOUBLE CHECK MEASUREMENTS of your kitchen, cabinets or room. Not every dimension stated by a store or a manufacturer is 100% correct. If your appliance may fit tight, always use all possible sources to double check the appliance  you want to buy has the right measures. This advice may avoid a damage of your expensive cabinets by unnecessary trimming or unpleasant surprise when the appliance won’t fit into your room. Make sure you have enough clearance around each appliance to open a door or drawer. Please note, retailers have the measurements from the manufacturer, so if the manufacturer prints wrong numbers, most likely every retailer will have the error as well, so if you are not sure, make a phone call or visit a store and take the measure on your own.

CHECK ALL FEATURES of each product, before you buy.  Just because appliance is expensive and fancy, doesn’t mean it has all the features you need. Everyone has a different needs and different taste. Keep in mind, not every feature functions the way it should. The purpose of this review is to find out what is the common problems, issues or malfunctions of the product.

WE DO NOT TEST the products, all our information is based on the reviews made by the users who purchased and used this product. This review is a brief recap or the most common issues, and malfunctions  reported by the product users across the web.
